100mm Air Turns (S38100XXX-***) are the second smallest of the standard New Way Air Turns, enabling non-contact conveyance of flexible films.

Given an outer diameter of 100mm, customers define the required porous carbon length in 250mm long increments up to 2000mm and select from three standard wrap angles: 110, 220 and 330 degrees. Customers select a standard wrap angle greater than their required performance area; each option covers the radii smaller than the selected wrap angle.
