The LID series of slewing rings is designed for applications which require a large aperture, compact axial height and smooth motion. The frictionless motion provided by our proprietary porous media substrate enables nanometer scale motion in a cleanroom compliant package, at any scale. All LID series slewing rings feature a fixed housing with a rotating outer diameter.
