		New Way Achieves ISO 9001:2008 Certification February 4, 2010 According to United Registrar Services, LLC, an independent auditing firm, New Way® Air Bearings has achieved certification in accordance with the new ISO 9001:2008 standards, meeting guidelines set out by the International Organization for Standardization. New Way was originally certified (for ISO 9001:2000) in late November of 2008.

		FlexTech Announces Contract Award to New Way December 15, 2009 This press release from the FlexTech Alliance - an organization focused on developing the electronic display and the flexible, printed electronics industry supply chain - announces that a contract has been awarded to New Way Air Bearings for the development of a non-contact vacuum seal allowing for small, but potentially wide vacuum chambers appropriate for chemical vapor deposition (CVD), physical vapor deposition (PVD) or other processes requiring deep vacuum.

		New Way Launches VPL Air Bearing Product Line April 15, 2003 New Way® Air Bearings launches a new Vacuum Pre-Loaded (VPL) Air Bearing Product Line, which allow multi-axis motion on a single plane. VPLs are designed to float on a thin film of air while vacuum is simultaneously applied. This provides all of the benefits of zero friction motion while the inherent stiffness provided by the vacuum avoids the need for more cumbersome preloading arrangements.
