Jim Moore started his career at Dupont Medical Products in increasingly responsible engineering roles, finally managing a manufacturing technical support group and new product development team. After leaving Dupont, Moore spent 10 years with TA Instruments, providing technical support to manufacturing, leading or co-leading various products from conception to full commercialization, and managing a 27-person Research and Development Group. Moore joined New Way in 2002 and holds a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
