Regulator with Gage and Mounting Bracket - S90R002

For applications without access to ‘Shop Air,' or those for which the compressed air available at a facility is not Clean Dry Air (CDA), New Way offers the regulator, gage and filter components necessary to build an appropriate air supply. This regulator, gage and bracket allows for the adjustment of air pressure to your air bearings by means of a simple control knob. Typically New Way Air Bearings use compressed air at 60psi, but different products and applications often call for different air supply pressures.

Air Filter - Two-Stage Coalescing - S90L006

It is critically important that CLEAN Dry Air (CDA) is used to ensure optimal performance for your air bearing application. So New Way offers a two-stage coalescing filter system which provides particle and oil removal for your air supply. These filters feature a sponge-like foam that captures oils and particulates, and can be easily replaced when it becomes dirty.

Air Dryer - Dessicant-Based - S90L007

New Way also offers a dessicant-based air dryer, again to ensure Clean DRY Air (CDA), and maintain the stated performance characteristics of your air bearings. Anything less will have a deleterious effect on the function of your air bearings.

Replacement Filter Kit - S90L008

The filter units themselves need to be maintained to ensure ongoing optimal air bearing performance. Maintenance is easy. Replacement filters for the S90L006 unit are readily available, and the cases can be easily drained out. Replacement filter kits contain two filters each.

Replacement Dessicant - S90L009

Like the filters above, the silica-gel dessicant in these air dryer units (S90L007) can be replaced when the contents become saturated. Available in 5-oz. bags, replacement dessicant used on a regular maintenance schedule can maintain the long-term function of your New Way air bearings.
